Input

Please enter the following information about your southern pine beetle infestation:

Enter up to 15 characters; characters may include spaces ID name for your SPB spot: Enter a date between April and October from the years 1500 to 3000 A.D. Date the spot was ground-checked: Choose a Southeastern U.S. state State: Enter the number of previously infested (now dead) trees, an integer in the range 0 to 9000 Number of previously infested trees: Enter the number of currently infested trees, an integer in the range 1 to 9000 Number of currently infested trees: Enter the number of trees infested with each developmental stage of southern pine beetle, in the range 0 to 9000 Optional: Number of trees currently: Enter the proportion of loblolly trees in the stand, calculated as loblolly/total, a real number in the range 0.0 to 1.0 Decimal proportion of loblolly in the stand: Enter the mean diameter at breast height of the trees in the stand; be sure to select the correct units. Ranges for this real number value are 12.0 to 77.0 cm or 5.0 to 30.0 inches. Mean diameter at breast height (DBH) of the stand: Enter the pine basal area of the stand; be sure to select the correct units. Ranges for this real number value are 2.0 to 69.0 square meters per hectare or 10.0 to 300.0 square feet per acre. Pine basal area: Enter the hardwood basal area of the stand; be sure to select the correct units. Ranges for this real number value are 0.0 to 69.0 square meters per hectare or 0.0 to 300.0 square feet per acre. Hardwood basal area: Enter the number of days for which the simulator should predict values for dead and infested trees, an integer in the range 1 to 92. Number of days for simulation:

Output
